My husband and I have been using Limu Plus for many months. Before starting to take Limu Plus, my husband was on four medications for his blood pressure. As a result of taking 2 oz. of Limu Plus every day, he was able to lower his medication (with his Doctors okay) to only one medication.

Just recently we were running low on our supply of Limu Plus, and my husband cut back to 1 oz. daily. His blood pressure went up to border line pressure. As soon as the new supply arrived he was back on the 2 oz. daily and I am proud to say his pressure has been like a teenagers: 102/64. We will not let our supply run low again. He is looking forward to the day he will not have to take any blood pressure meds.

From stepping on the scale for the first time on the cruise, I got 5 years younger (still 10 years too old) and visceral fat level went down from 12 to 9 and I lost about 5 pounds (muscle mass went up, fat went down), approaching now the 80kg mark again (about 185 pounds) instead of the 90kg, simply by four little changes:

1. Eating the Vitamark cookies instead of Christmas cookies. Now I eat one or two of them a day, mostly together with an apple which makes the digestion of the fibers a bit easier.

2. Started with VitaChe the week before Christmas instead of VitaOne.

3. Taking the enzymes when needed, for example before or after heavier meals.

4. Re-started running three times a week 45 minutes each.

So, it doesn’t sound like I starved myself to death or that I killed myself with exercising…does it? I just feel amazing, so much lighter!

The first step is definitely the awareness created by stepping on the scale: I couldn’t go on like that.

And the results above are just the beginning, also because we just got back on Limu Plus a week ago.

All my life, I have had very oily skin with large pores and had to be very careful of what was put on my face. It would breakout within minutes sometimes of using something that was heavy and greasy. I also had some skin damage at the base of my neck caused by too much sun in my twenties (several years ago). At the convention I picked up the Natique and to my surprise the spot on my neck has lessened. It was raised and angry looking and I thought for sure that a dermatologist was needed but no longer. It is slowly fading and is completely flat.

I would never use all the steps on my entire face because of it being so oily. I couldn’t possibly see using step 3, especially on my nose. I would end up with one big pimple. Then one month, I heard Tom Mitcham talk about how he would not use step 3 on his nose but after being convinced to try, he was greatly pleased with the results. So, okay, I would try and it has made my face feel so smooth, including my nose and the pores even seem to be smaller. Now I use Steps 1,2,4 and 3 in that order and sometimes spray my face with IS Defense between 2 and 4.

Wow! I have to admit I have several favorite products. But my absolute favorite has got to be the Limu Plus! It is something that my whole family can use – all the way down to my 3-year-old daughter and 5-year-old nephew.
